Central Oregon Pro-Am Brewing Challenge

Attention Angel Homebrewers!
There’s still time for you to join Homebrewers all over Central Oregon and get some recognition for your secret concoctions!
The Central Oregon Pro-Am will pair homebrewers with commercial breweries to craft unique beers and compete for top honors at a people’s choice judging. This fun event is organized by the Central Oregon Homebrewers Organization (COHO) and is intended to bring together the Central Oregon brewing community.
At this time, participating breweries include Bevel Craft Brewing, Boneyard Beer, Crux Fermentation Project, Deschutes Brewery, Initiative Brewing, Mecca Grade Estate Malt & Tasting Room, Monkless Belgian Ales, Porter Brewing Co, Spider City Brewing and Wild Ride Brewing. (These may be subject to change.)
Registration is currently underway — from May 9 thru July 30.
The registration on their website is a non-BJCP sanctioned homebrew competition open to Central Oregon residents only. Winners will brew their recipe with the pros at Central Oregon commercial breweries. The resulting “pro-am” beers will debut and compete during a tap-takeover at Boneyard Pub on November 5, 2022. Proceeds will go to COHO and a charity selected by the winner.
