Indulge in an unforgettable Fresh Hopped Beer Extravaganza!
The Sisters Fresh Hop Festival showcases fresh hop beers from 20+ Oregon breweries alongside live music, food carts and more. As a charity event, your fees will be supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities and Circle of Friends.
What is FRESH HOP BEER?
In order for a beer to be considered “fresh hopped,” the hops must be picked and then brewed within 24 hours. The only time fresh hop beer can be created is during harvest season in late summer, early fall. Think of it as an herb: Dried vs. fresh. You will still get the herbal notes from the dried herb, but when it’s fresh, you can taste the difference!
Most of the United States’ hop production takes place in the Pacific Northwest, given its rich soil, rainfall and mild air. Sisters Fresh Hop Festival is a place to celebrate some of the world’s finest beers and breweries!
